General Sales Conditions
We at The Hearing Solution Group believe that customer service is paramount.
We therefore offer:
- 2 Years warranty on all Hearing Aids (Hearing Instruments)
- For you to try any of our Hearing Aids (Hearing Instruments) for 30 days, if you should not be completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund. *
- The price of our Hearing Instruments includes Initial Fitting, one follow up fitting, ear mold and a set of 6 batteries. For our Pediatric customers we will include a Pediatric Care Kit.
- 6 month warranty on all repairs of Phonak, Bernafon, Vivatone and Coselgi Hearing Instruments.
